One of Nike's biggest claims in its lawsuit against former designers Denis Dekovic, Marc Dolce, and Mark Miner was the claim that the trio had pitched an idea to adidas to open a creative studio similar to its own Innovation Kitchen. Now that the lawsuit has been settled, it looks as if adidas will proceed with its original plans.

The Real Deal is reporting that adidas is officially set to take over Williamsburg's 118 North 11th Street location atop of the Brooklyn Brewery. According to The Real Deal, adidas has signed a lease for 20,000 square feet.

Now, it's likely only a matter of time before adidas brings Dekovic, Dolce, and Miner to the Brooklyn creative studio as originally planned. And although it could be nothing more than coincidence, the timing is rather interesting, as it appears adidas moved on the location immediately following last week's settlement.
