Sneaker customizer Jake Ferrato, better known as JBF Customs, is giving the bespoke work a rest in order to focus on his very own silhouette, but he's still got a few never before seen gems in the stash.

Created exclusively for the "Queen of Alligator" Christy Plott of American Tanning, these Nike Air Force 1 customs are composed entirely of American Alligator, which is presented in varying finishes including matte black, matte purple, and glossy black. We've seen croc-dipped AF1s from the Swoosh in the past, but these customs definitely take the scaly texture to another level.

Plott is the creative director of American Tanning, which is the country's oldest exotic leather tannery and more than likely where JBF sources many of his materials.

As mentioned, these are a one-off, but JBF's upcoming project should be available soon. Stay tuned for further details.
