After crushing 2014 by dropping a bunch of collaboration runners and opening up two new stores, BAIT picks up right where it left off.
The Southern California-based shop's latest project comes by of the adidas Originals EQT Running Support. The vintage sneaker, which saw a bit of a resurgence last year, is outfitted in a vibrant color scheme that pays homage to New York City.
Appropriately nicknamed "The Big Apple," the runner takes direct inspiration from the Statue of Liberty. The color-blocking on the medial and lateral sides of each sneaker in the set is also completely unique. Constructed of a nubuck upper with perforated panels, the EQT Running Support is done up in a blend that combines minty shades of green with contrasting hits of black and red.
The sneaker is set to drop on Saturday, January 31, for $160. For a chance to cop, you can enter BAIT's online raffle here.
