It looks like the quilted Just Don x Air Jordan II sneaker collaboration isn't the only luxe pair of retros in the pipeline.
After seeing numerous preview photos of a snakeskin-covered Air Jordan 1, we now have the best look yet at these exotic high-tops, which are rumored to be a commemorative drop for this year's NBA All-Star Weekend in NYC.
Nicknamed "Brooklyn Zoo," the sneaker is a nod to Michael Jordan's birthplace in the New York borough, which comes at a perfect time when Jordan Brand is set to celebrate it 30th anniversary. The scaly 1s are done up in a premium snakeskin leather with gold embellishments, including the year 1985 on the right heel.
Jordan Brand has yet to officially confirm the sneakers, but if the All-Star rumors hold true, we should expect official details in the coming weeks.
