Whether you are a walker, runner or just a fitness enthusiast, Nike is giving you a chance to make all those miles you rack up count for something other than just your physical fitness.

Through the Nike+ Running App, the Swoosh is teaming up with (RED) to launch a new initiative called the Turn Your Miles (RED) program to help the fight against AIDS. For each mile pledged to (RED), Bank of America will donate 40 cents towards the fight to eradicate mother-to-child HIV transmission. To get started, all you have to do is download the Nike+ Running App and start pledging.

To find out more about the Turn Your Miles (Red) program head over to Nike or search the hashtag #onestep4red on Twitter.
