After being dominated by Germany in the semi-finals followed by an underwhelming performance in the third place game, the 2014 FIFA World Cup ended up being a sour one for host nation Brazil.

A few weeks from now, Brazil's basketball team will look to correct the ills of its soccer brethren in Madrid at the 2014 FIBA Basketball World Cup. Although, they don't quite have a Neymar on their roster, Brazil's basketball squad does boast some impressive names like Nene, Anderson Varejao and Tiago Splitter.

Today, Nike unveiled what the Brazilian squad will wear in Madrid. Brazil will go with a Oregon Ducks-like green and yellow Nike Hyper Elite uniform. As the lightest basketball uniform in Nike's history, the Hyper Elite jersey features ultra-lightweight stretch mesh and lightweight sphere fabric to wick moisture and regulate body temperature.

Brazil will debut the Hyper Elite uniforms on-court on August 16 in an exhibition game with the United States of America at Chicago's United Center.
