The Free Trainer 5.0 is one of the most flexible sneakers to come from Nike as it incorporates hexagonal flex grooves in the outsole, and allows the foot to move naturally and improve agility. Nike also designed to Free Trainer 5.0 with an anatomically shaped heel which promotes greater control and naturally rolls each step from heel to toe, maximizing efficiency. Finally, the Swoosh added their dynamic fit system for a lockdown fit, and utilized a phylite midsole for superior cushion, and decreased weight. Coming in two distinct camouflaged colors, one in traditional army green, and the other in an obsidian blue and green camo, the Free Trainer 5.0 "LSA Pack" has a little something for everyone.
