Earlier this month, we showed you a pair of "Net" Air Yeezy IIs designed by sneaker customizer Maggi. While what he did with the Yeezys was crazy, the man might've just one-upped himself with his latest work. The Nike Air Huarache "Sub-Zero," as its name indicates, takes inspiration from the ice-molding ninja from Mortal Kombat.

The "Sub-Zero" Huaraches feature python leather on the side panels and along the toebox, but there's more to it than just a scaly texture. The python leather actually changes color depending on the temperature—it will appear white in warm weather and blue in colder environments.

Only five pairs of these custom Huaraches were made, and Maggi plans to continue the Mortal Kombat theme with two other sneakers in the future. In the meantime, check the video and photos below to see the change in color on these sneakers.
