"Do you even lift bro?" As obnoxious as that statement is, we can learn a thing or two from one of the more popular meme quotes on the net.

With the resurgence of fitness and the emphasis placed on getting healthier, Nike has been one the leaders in trying to motivate individuals to stop couch and web surfing and to actually get outdoors to hit the streets, trails, and parks for some running and physical activity.

Leading Nike's running initiatives have been its Free line of product. Marking Nike's latest Free collection, Finishline has shared some facts and images featuring the new Free 5.0, Free 4.0 Flyknit, and the Free 3.0 Flyknit. The latest Free 3.0 features a Flyknit multi-colored diamond print upper with integrated wraparound hexagonal flex groves. The Free 4.0 also gets the Flyknit treatment while maintaining all the goodness that fans have come to expect. The newest member of the group, the 5.0 is Nike's latest Free and continues the design aesthetic previously seen on Free models. The 5.0 also gets a newly designed hexagonal flex groove outsole for even more natural movement and a reworked upper that integrates Flywire and mesh for an even better fit and more ventilation to let your dogs breath easier.

So if you're in the market for fresh new pair of runners, head on over toFinishline and get your cop on.
