With Supra's new Skytop IV now on shelves, the brand has awarded with a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the new flagship model. Skater/designer Chad Muska and lead designer of the Skytop series, Josh Brubaker, here sit down and dish on the creation of the unique silhouette.

Built to bridge the ever-shortening gap between high fashion and performance footwear, the Skytop IV was of course crafted to look good casually, as well as be 100 percent skateable. Pulling design inspiration from Star Wars, there are indeed some unique aspects of the latest generation Skytop shoe.
