McCarron put up an impressive performance against Johnny Manziel a couple of weeks ago with a 20-of-29 effort for 334 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions puts him in the conversation. His other performances including last week's 180 yard, no touchdowns, and one interception performance in a 25-0 win against Ole Miss is not too impressive. McCarron has to be a little bit more consistent in his performances to start making some more noise.
