The new Air Max Barkley isn't a total makeover of the 1994 classic, but more of a facelift. Nike switches up the old leather and nubuck straps and replaces them with a synthetic leather upper — however the Max Air cushioned outsole stays the same. The colorways follow Barkley through his NBA career starting with the Sixers (White/Old Royal-Gym Red), proceeding to the Suns (Black/Safety Orange-Pure Purple), and finally the Rockets (Action Red/Black-White). You'll have to wait another season since these sneakers don't release until Spring 2012, and will retail for $130.
