Martha Stewart Appears to Give Trump Portrait a Timely Middle Finger in Viral Photo

Martha Stewart speaks on behalf of all of us and offers up a certain finger for a portrait of that guy in the White House.

A picture is worth a thousand words, but a well-timed middle finger is worth so much more. And a photo of that well-timed middle finger? I don't know. This idiom is getting confusing now. At any rate, in a photo that went deservedly viral over the weekend, Martha Stewart appears to be voicing the inner middle finger of us all at the New York edition of Frieze Art Fair.

"Was taking a pic of Trump and Snoop Dogg at Frieze and Martha Stewart walks up like this #america," Newlin Tillotson tweeted, according toE! News. Tillotson's Twitter and Instagram accounts are now private. But the photos in question, which appear to show Stewart giving a middle finger to a Trump portrait whilst showing love to a nearby portrait of Snoop Dogg, live on:

A boring and inarguably lame alternate version of the photo was shared to Stewart's official Instagram account:

Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia executive Kevin Sharkey, who took the middle finger-less alternate seen above, admitted this "politically correct version" was "so much less interesting" than the one that went viral. "To be clear I HATE TRUMP," Sharkey said on Instagram Sunday.

Stewart and renowned BFF Snoop Dogg—who recently made a strong anti-Trump statement of his own—will be back later this year with a new season of their hit VH1 series Martha and Snoop's Potluck Dinner Party. "That's right, me and my homegirl Martha will be back for another season and we can't wait," Snoop said in a press release announcing the renewal. "Thanks to all the fans who tuned into Season 1. If y'all thought this season was fun, wait 'til you see what we have cookin' up next for ya."
