UPDATED 10/03/16: Lindsay Lohan nearly lost her ring finger after she got in a freak accident during a boating trip. The actress shared a video on Snapchat on Sunday morning, detailing how it all went down.
Shortly after the incident, Lindsay debuted her bandaged hand in the short Snap. According to the video, Lindsay hacked a chunk of her finger off while trying to get the rope to anchor the boat. In a separate Snapchat photo, Lindsay elaborated on her story. "I almost lost my finger from the anchor. Well, I lost half my finger, thank goodness we found the piece of my finger," the actresses told her fans. The Mean Girls star underwent emergency surgery to reattach the missing part of her finger. "I just had surgery to fix it. It hurts so bad," she added.
Despite some bruising and pain, the actress seems to be in good spirits. She's probably just happy she didn't have to say goodbye to her finger forever.
