Perry and Bloom rocked through with a friend who was dressed as Bill Clinton, and a cabal of secret service agents that would make Kim Kardashian blush. Speaking of the Kardashians, Kendall Jenner was on hand, and took time out of doing what ever it is celebrities do at parties to twerk up on Hill—er, Katy, a peak 2016 moment that was captured in the video below.
