Saturday Night Live is wisely hitting viewers with back-to-back Mary Poppins Returns teases. Following this week's host of Hamilton creator and storied Tonight Show freestyler Lin-Manuel Miranda, fellow Mary Poppins Returns star Emily Blunt will steer the ship for the Oct. 15 episode. The following week, ruthless wedding photo crasher and America's favorite movie star Tom Hanks will do the honors:

For Blunt's episode on Oct. 15, Bruno Mars will celebrate his forthcoming album 24K Magic by presumably performing the recently released title track. Lady Gaga, whose new album Joanne drops later this month, is the musical guest for Hanks' episode. Will dude mention the fact that That Thing You Do turned 20 this year? Hopefully.

Blunt can currently be seen in Tate Taylor's The Girl on the Train, a thriller based on Paula Hawkins' debut 2015 novel of the same name. Blunt stars as Rachel Watson, a recently divorced woman who witnesses something seemingly nefarious during her commute to work. "I might not be your Rachel, but I guess I could only do my version of her," Blunt recently toldAOL News of the difficulties of bringing a popular book to the big screen.

Hanks was last seen doing Clint Eastwood-y stuff in Sully, a movie based on Captain "Sully" Sullenberger. Sully, of course, was the dude who safely landed a damn Airbus A320 in the Hudson River after losing engine power due to some pesky geese. The movie has predictably made a lot of money since opening in September. Inferno, featuring Hanks again rocking the Robert Langdon character, hits theaters Oct. 28.
