Jonah Hill stopped by The Tonight Show Tuesday night, and he got into his weight loss routine following the filming of his new movie War Dogs. Hill revealed that he reached out to Channing Tatum for advice (because let's be honest, who wouldn't?), and Tatum set him up with a doctor and nutritionist. They told Hill to keep a food diary and email it to them periodically. That's where things get interesting.

"One night I was at home and bored, and was like 'Oh I didn't email this guy,'" Hill said. "I was looking like an hour later through my sent messages. And it must have been 'Dr' because it was doctor, and I had sent it to Drake," he said. Hill actually sent Drake an email of his eating schedule. "Drake—who I don't know well at all, I met him once—he just got an email from me that said like yogurt, salad, chicken," Hill laughed. "He wrote back, you went from zero to 100 calories real quick," he quipped. "Nah he didn't write back, never spoke to him again. Another guy I've gotta dump for the rest of my life, a laundry list of people I can never speak to again."

Drake might not have been the intended recipient, but considering his own body transformation that's gone on over the past few years, he might be just as equipped to help Jonah get his eating back on track. You can watch Jonah Hill explain the whole story in the video above.
