The Hottest Anime in the World, 'Attack on Titan', Is Finally Coming Back next Year

Series two has been confirmed for early 2017.

None

Attack on Titan is the biggest anime to blow up since, well, maybe the heyday of Dragon Ball Z. The bleak and unpredictable series, where humanity has been decimated by mysterious giant people-eating zombies and a group of angsty teens try to fight them, has had massive international success, going far beyond the normal anime fanbase.

The only problem is that there hasn’t been a new episode since 2014 — despite serveral big mysteries in the show still remains unrevealed, and it also being so popular right now that it’s basically being a licence to print money, for some reason the series has sat dormant since the end of the second 25 episode first series two year ago.

But now the show’s official Twitter has confirmed series two is coming early 2017:

If you don’t speak Japanese, that translates as: “TV anime Attack on Titan Season 2, broadcast information is also new to the public! 2017 is a spring broadcast start! Looking forward to!!”

Finally!
