In the past First Lady Michelle Obama has put the "flo(w)" in FLOTUS dropping bars on the benefits of going to college, but her upcoming appearance on The Voice won't be to show off her skills (or her viral mom dancing). According toVariety, Obama and Second Lady Dr. Jill Biden will be making appearances on the popular singing competition and on NCIS. The White House will also make it into the NCIS episode making it the first time the FLOTUS has let someone besides a TV news program in the White House reportsVariety.

The appearances from the women will be in celebration of the fifth anniversary for the Joining Forces initiative. Aimed to improve the quality of life for service members and veterans Joining Forces is described as: "...a nationwide initiative calling all Americans to rally around service members, veterans, and their families and support them through wellness, education, and employment opportunities."

Varietyreports Obama and Dr. Biden will appear together on The Voice for the May 2 episode featuring active duty service members as well retired ones in addition to their families. Only the First Lady will appear on NCIS (Naval Criminal Investigative Service) the following night on May 3.

Get ready to see the First Lady on the big screen soon, sort of. The First Couple's first date has been made into a movie titled Southside With You.

Southside With You, which premiered a trailer today, hits theaters Aug. 26.
