Here’s something you don’t hear everyday, Nickelodeon are planning to send one of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to space, the crazy b******s.
Well not an actual turtle (because we’re sure that animal rights groups would be on their case) but an action figure, which makes much more sense. Fans can go to the Nickelodeon website and vote which of the four ninja brothers they want to see in space. For those of you who believe in the extraterrestrial life forms this may be perceived as an act of war so you better build you’re fallout bunkers.
This is of course promotion for season four of TMNT on the Nickelodeon channel. Marianne James, one of the VP big-wigs at Nickelodeon & Viacom Consumer Products said: “Sending a Turtle into space is a brilliant way to highlight both the new series and the fantastic new line from GP Flair"
The vote is open to anyone so if you’ve got nothing remotely pressing to do click here to pick which turtle you want to send to outer space.
