It hasn't even been a year since John Stamos appeared on Jimmy Kimmy Live to announce that there would be a reboot of Full House, the sappy San Francisco-set sitcom that ran from 1987-1995. Now all 13 episodes of Fuller House, the follow-up that follows the oldest and recently widowed Tanner sister (Candace Cameron Bure) who moves back into her childhood home along with sister Stephanie (Jodie Sweetin) and best friend Kimmy Gibbler (Andrea Barber) to raise her three boys, have made their way to Netflix. While almost all of the main cast returned for the reboot in some capacity, there was a face (or two?) noticeably absent.

In the show's pilot, which premiered on Feb. 26 along with all the episodes, we saw some familiar faces return to the Tanner household. Stamos, Bob Saget, Lori Loughlin, and Dave Coulier all reprised their original roles, but the one major character missing was the youngest Tanner daughter, Michelle, who was originally played by both Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen

The Olsen sisters were the only main cast members who didn't agree to return, a move that clearly upset the writers of the show. In the first episode, entitled "Our Very First Show, Again," Stephanie asks her father why her younger sister isn't around. In a silly nod to real life, Saget responds, "Well, Michelle sends her love, but she's busy in New York running her fashion empire."

The lines cues an insufferable laugh track and the whole main cast spends an inordinate amount of time staring directly into the camera—a really really long time.

We get it Fuller House, you're pissed the Olsen's weren't down. Maybe they really did have better things to do?
