Fox is enlisting the help of The Lonely Island’s Andy Samberg, Akiva Schaffer and Jorma Taccone to bring a new half hour comedy to its Saturday night lineup. According to the Hollywood Reporter, the network has ordered a series called Party Over Here from the comedic trio and Paul Sheer.

Slated to debut March 12, the show will star Nicole Byer from MTV’s Girl Code, Jessica McKenna from the comedy troupes Groundlings and the Upright Citizens Brigade, and Saturday Night Live staff writer Alison Rich.

"When we first conceived this idea, we thought of it as a spinoff of Empire," Samberg, Schaffer and Taccone said in a released statement. "We failed miserably. Now it’s much more of a sketch comedy show."

Sheer also had some words for the new series. "In an age where most Millennials don’t even know what a TV is, we are really excited to be getting into the TV business," he said.
