Jason "Jace" Alexander, the 51-year-old director most known for helming more than 30 episodes of Law & Order, has pleaded guilty to child pornography charges. Alexander made his plea on Tuesday, Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore confirmed to the Associated Press.

"A forensic examination of computers and external hard drives removed from the location revealed digital files of children who are less than sixteen years of age engaged in child pornography," a press release revealed following Alexander's initial arrest back in July. Alexander, who on Tuesday pleaded guilty to the promotion of a sexual act by a child and possession of an obscene performance by a child, will be formally sentenced in May. The director now faces up to seven years in prison.

In addition to his work on Law & Order, Alexander has credits on The Blacklist, Rescue Me, Lipstick Jungle, Burn Notice, Prison Break, Ally McBeal, and a slew of others. According to his IMDB page, Alexander's most recent project was the TV movie Agatha.
