The internet went off on Steve Harvey after he mistakenly named the wrong winner at this year’s Miss Universe pageant, but it looks like the TV personality will bounce back just fine. ETreports that the Family Feud host just signed a multi-year contract to host the pageant for at least another three years.

According to their sources, the deal went through days before the embarrassing on air incident, and that his salary is "more than they've ever paid before for a host." Given his experience hosting the popular game show and helming his own talk show, this isn’t surprising.

On Sunday, Harvey named Miss Colombia as this year’s Miss Universe after misreading the information on his cue card. He then halted the celebration to correctly name Miss Philippines as the winner, and later apologized for what had transpired. Millions witnessed the awkward moment when the crown was removed from Miss Colombia’s head and placed onto Miss Philippines’. Yikes.

ET’s sources also said Harvey "was mortified" by the error and that it was a "real ego-crusher" for him.
