You would think that J.J. Abrams is far too busy in a galaxy far, far away with the Star Wars: Force Awakenspremiere being hours away. Instead, the Abrams' produced event series, 11.22.63 has released a new teaser trailer. Abrams' fans have one more project to look forward to.

In the video clip above, not only is the new teaser trailer trippy with a sea of cockroaches crawling on a mysterious man, but the entire video is shot backwards. At least in the teaser, the audience sees everything happening in reverse. The video clip above gives audiences a glimpse on the day JFK was murdered with snippets of the car, the field, and possible gun used to kill the president.

The Hulu original series is based on one of Stephen King's best-selling novels of the same title. The eight-part event series follows Jake Ebbing, played by the chameleon actor James Franco, an English teacher who travels back in time to the 1960's era. He finds himself on a mission to stop the assassination of John F. Kennedy but his operation is threatened by Lee Harvey Oswald.

The show is set to premiere on Presidents Day, Feb. 15, 2016 (most fitting release date ever). The show also stars Chris Cooper, Josh DuhamelLucy Fry, Sarah Gadon, and Cherry Jones. Abrams is producing the show.
