If you’re wandering around New York, you might want to get some pepper spray. People are getting stabbed left and right. Not long after a woman slashed several on a subway over a space at one of the poles, police are on the lookout for another sharp object wielding foe.
A light-skinned woman weighing about 400 pounds allegedly stabbed a man in East Village on Wednesday evening, NBC Washingtonreports. The attack happened after the 39-year-old victim approached a group of people and asked for a cigarette. That’s when the heavyset woman stepped in and told him to get away from her things. She then reportedly stabbed him in the neck with an object that has not yet been disclosed.
The unnamed victim, who was admitted to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, says he was stabbed by a woman "with a beard" wearing a white t-shirt and jeans at the time of the attack. Police are asking anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 888-580-8477.
