Just hours after her most recent appearance on ABC's Dancing With the Stars alongside dancing partner Tony Dovolani, former Real Housewives of AtlantastarKim Zolciak-Biermann reportedly suffered a paralyzing stroke. Zolciak says she suffered the stroke "within minutes" of arriving back home in Atlanta after an early morning flight. "The left side of my body went completely numb and my speech was gone," Zolciak shared via Instagram. "I have 100% of my feeling back. Thank God! Still in the hospital but I just know I'm getting released today."

"I still have a heart even though I'm, like, bad," the consistently low-scoring Zolciak toldDWTS host Erin Andrews during a recent episode. The reality star and occasional singer has been joined in the bizarrely successful series' 21st season by fellow non-dancers Chaka Kahn, Gary Busey, Nick Carter (kind of unfair), Paula Deen, and a slew of others.

As noted by the undeniably esteemed literary journal TMZ, Zolciak mentioned a recent Botox injection during DWTS on Monday, prompting some reality TV detectives to dump fuel into the speculation fire surrounding the stroke.
