Unsurprisingly, he's from Florida.

There’s no shortage of crazies in Florida. Just look at this recent story of a senior citizen who allegedly shot at and threatened to kill some landscapers who got grass clippings on his car.

Max Horton, 91, of Avon Park, has been charged with attempted murder as a result of the September 17th incident, First Coast News reports. The argument between Horton and landscaper, Robert Hendrix, escalated quickly and Horton allegedly pulled out a handgun, ordering Hendrix to get on his knees because he was going to kill him.

When another landscaper, Johnny Barnes, tried to intervene, Horton allegedly started firing shots. Fortunately, he was disarmed by Horton and held captive by the landscapers until sheriff’s deputies arrived.

Horton has a history of making threats involving shooting people, as he’d made a similar claim to the hospital staff at Florida Hospital in September 2013. He’s being held without bond on an attempted first-degree murder charge---all because of a few stray grass clippings.
