Tyga has been having a rough month in the media, so dude is due for some positive news right about now. The Hollywood Reporter has announced the rapper will co-star in action veteran Bruce Willis' upcoming and as-of-now-still-untitled action comedy, joining a cast that includes David Arquette, Jason Momoa, Adam Goldberg, Famke Janssen, John Goodman, and Kal Penn.

The film finds Bruce as a private eye whose dog is kidnapped by a gang, launching him into a complicated plot involving various underworld types and two vengeful Samoan brothers (guessing that's where Jason Momoa comes in). Tyga's role is unknown but the move marks another step in T-Raww's official foray into the acting game. He'll also appear in Barbershop 3 ,and his cameo as a drug dealer in this summer's critical darlingDope is surprisingly entertaining. Not to mention, most of his music videos contain some cinematic element. Let's not forget the action-movie conclusion to "Rack City" complete with explosions and helicopters.
