I'm sorry, I'm sorry; I know that John Krasinski's not playing Jim Halpert from The Office in the upcoming Michael Bay film 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi, but how am I NOT supposed to look at a bearded Krasinski and think anything other than "so THAT'S where Jim Halpert ended up?"

Hell, even Pam's old fiancé Roy is in the film. If it doesn't have a "hey, Halpert!" scene in it, I might walk out.

I'LL STOP, I promise.

From what I can gather, 13 Hours places some bomb-ass Navy SEAL-ass soldiers being thrown into Benghazi to restore order... or just fuck shit up. They have to find a U.S. ambassador, and are the "last resort," as Gale Boetticher whatever David Costabile's character says. There are a bunch of explosions, and a lot of darkness.

It looks kind of nuts, and as the title tells you, everything went wrong. Thirty-six lives to save: can the secret soldiers do it? Find out on January 15, 2016, when 13 Hours drops. Or you can just read the 2014 book, which recounts this horrific attack.
