Kim Jong-un and North Korea have created a drug that cures Aids in over half the patients who get it, and can also cure cancer and Ebola, claims North Korea's state run news agency, the Independent reports.

That's the same agency that previously said Kim Jong-un's dad, Kim Jong-il, never peed or pooped and invented the hamburger in the year 2000, so, yeah, they're accuracy is questionable to say the least.

The drug, which the regime says in an injectable known by the name Kumdang-2, is reportedly a mix of ginseng grown from fertilizer and other ingredients that were not included in the official announcement.

“The injection is made of extracts from those complex compounds. As a strong-immuno-activator, the injection has been recognized to prevent different malignant epidemics," the announcement stated.
