After picking up Knock Knock at the Sundance Film Festival for a cool $2.5 million earlier this year, Lionsgate is finally preparing a proper release for the Eli Roth-helmed horror film. The film is a modern take on the 1977 cult classic Death Game, a much-discussed (and often imitated) entry in the genre. Knock Knock stars Keanu Reeves as Evan Webber, a married family man who falls victim to the powers of seduction and lives to immediately regret it. Costars Lorenza Izzo and Anna De Aramas provide the seduction and regret.

Reeves recently confirmed his involvement in the forthcoming John Wick sequel, a coup for Wick lovers that hopefully won't add any scheduling conflicts to the permanently-in-development Bill & Ted sequel. Reeves will also star alongside recently-bearded Jim Carrey in the cannibalistic love story The Bad Batch, directed by Ana Lily Amirpour.

According to Variety, an official U.S. release date for Knock Knock hasn't been set. However, the film makes its U.K. debut on June 26.
