If there's one thing we don't need in our lives it's a third Human Centipede movie. And if there's one more it's a string of 500 people stitched together ass-to-mouth. But here we are anyway, getting both in the trailer for The Human Centipede 3 (Final Sequence). And even though we never would have asked for a 500-person human centipede, we can't look away now that it's been presented in front of us.
Right off the bat we're treated with the pun "in the annals of horror." From there the trailer goes exactly where you expect it to: straight into the human gutter, with guidance from Dr. Josef Heiter. If this dropped earlier in the work day we would have had to go home sick.
Look out for The Human Centipede 3 in theaters and on VOD May 22.
