The Indiana man wanted in connection with a shooting that left five people—three of whom are children—injured earlier this month has finally turned himself in to police after brazenly proclaiming that he would "chill" this past weekend.

WTHR reports that police in Indianapolis were searching for Domonique Stone after he was identified as part of a trio who hospitalized the group after opening fire on them with a high-powered assault rifle. The 24-year-old, who, according to WTHR, had several outstanding warrants for his arrest and was considered "armed and dangerous" by police, reportedly said he would surrender this week because he wanted to "chill [last] weekend."

However, their search came to an end last night after Stone decided he had enough weekend fun and resigned himself to his fate. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department told WTHR that he's been with charged with a string of crimes including robbery, carrying a weapon without a license, and burglary.

The IMPD continues its search for the other three suspects.
