Dustin Diamond is many things. He's a beloved part of our childhood as Screech, star of his own sex tape, and an accused stabber. But one thing he is not is a true bro. A true bro knows and follows the rules of "icing." In order to ice someone you have to trick them into finding a Smirnoff Ice. You put it in someone's underwear drawer or tape it to the underside of their toilet. Only then do they have to get on one knee and chug the entire malt beverage. You can't just walk up to someone like, "Dude, you just got iced." But that's exactly what Diamond did to some dude in a bar. And when said dude refused to comply with the improper icing, Diamond allegedly threatened to stab him.
Diamond is currently in court for stabbing a man during a December barfight, and his lawyer is trying to exclude this separate, absurd story from the trial. Paul Rogers says him and his brothers were in a bar when Diamond walked up to one of them and said: "You’ve been iced. Get on your knees and drink this." Rogers told him to back off. Then Diamond came back and said, "Just drink it." When he refused again Diamond allegedly threatened, "Don’t make me stab someone on Christmas."
Because they aren't idiots, Rogers and his brothers left the bar. And some other poor soul went on to be stabbed by Screech. Allegedly.
So in addition to being violent, we now know Diamond has the mentality of a 19-year-old frat bro.
