The entire premise of Family Feud is to ask contestants a sexually suggestive question so Steve Harvey can act shocked and make some variation of this face when he gets an unsurprising sexual response. This answer, however, is genuinely shocking. Harvey doesn't need to feign bewilderment.
The question is, "Name something a doctor might pull out of a person." Without hesitation Darci blurts out, "a gerbil."
