Nobody who has seen his work would accuse Steve Carell of being creepy. However, if you have somehow only seen his crazy-good performance in Foxcatcher, you’d probably think that him being so menacingly weird is the rule, rather than the exception.

Carell’s performance along with Jimmy Fallon and his Ragtime Gals barbershop quartet on yesterday’s Tonight Show served as a terrific reminder to all of us that it's not just about slapping Channing Tatum in the face.
