E!’s Fashion Police has found itself a new host: Kathy Griffin. Amid months of rumors about Griffin’s addition to the show, following comedy legend Joan Rivers passing in September, today it was confirmed the comedienne is joining the show.

Griffin, a close friend of Rivers, said: “I get it! These are some big shoes I’m going to fill. Joan was truly one of a kind.”

Before reminding everyone of how no holds barred she can be, much like Rivers:

1.

“I’m Kathy F–king Griffin and you celebrities better strap yourself in, as I am taking no prisoners. I am not holding back so DAMMIT let’s have some fun!”

Some other changes to the show include celebrity stylist Brad Goreski replacing George Kotsiopoulos, and the show losing its weekly format, opting to air for awards shows and big events like New York Fashion Week.

The show returns next year on Jan. 12.
