A New Mexico trio was arrested after one of them accidentally called 911 while they were bragged about a crime they had just committed.
The New York Daily News reports that Aaron Burrell was under the impression that he was only talking to Yvonne Thyberg and Marvin Myers when boasting about their break-in at a Roswell, N.M. home:
Yeah, we picked up this f------ TV set, got ahold of it and we got it out of the house. Look, I know we should have gotten a lot more, but you know what my only thing is that we got away safe, clean.
In true idiot fashion, one of them called 911, allowing authorities to hear this conversation, as well as the group's celebrator playing on Bon Jovi's "Dead or Alive." In addition, Fryberg reportedly revealed that the home belonged to one of her family members. It's almost too ridiculous to believe.
Burrell, Thyberg, and Myers made it easy for police to find them, and each now face burglary charges.
