Missing "Hannibal?" Here's a Gruesome Clip to Hold You Over

The thirst for "Hannibal" remains strong, so here's something to satisfy that.

1.

Hannibal's second season—a tour de force of gore, dreamlike beauty and dark humor from Bryan Fuller—may have ended in May, but the thirst for more hasn't died down even a little. At least for us, and we assume there are many others like us, considering NBC's quick renewal for a third season.

Thankfully we have this to satiate those urges. Much like the show itself, the clip, in which Dr. Hannibal Lecter (Mads Mikkelsen) talks about man's inherent desire to leave a legacy, is dreamy, gorgeously shot and brutally grotesque. Seeing a human body sectored into thin slices has never looked so artful.

Like I said, a third season is on the way, so you won't have to wait forever to see more of Hannibal and Will Graham (Hugh Dancy). But in the meantime, why not let this beauty of a clip stew?
