Mat Fraser is a confident dude. Probably even more confident than you.

"For me, when you're disabled, the two things people think you can't do are fight and have sex. So I have a black belt, and I'm really good at shaggin'," the British actor says in a new mini-documentary released by FX to promote American Horror Story: Freak Show.

Fraser, who plays "Paul the Illustrated Seal" on the series, was born with a condition that left him with underdeveloped arms, but the way he owns it is impressive, saying "Of course, these are different and interesting to look at, and there's nothing wrong with that."

Rose Siggins, who plays "Legless Suzi," appears in her own doc, explaining how she became a "radically different" mom to her two kids. They're both fascinating and worth a watch.
