"Be prepared to be captivated, exhilarated, mystified," says Adrien Brody as master illusionist and escape artist Harry Houdini in the first full trailer for Houdini.
The two-night miniseries that premieres Sept. 1 on the History channel will cover a large portion of Houdini's life, including his insane jump from a Detroit bridge into a frozen river with his hands cuffed, and his later work at calling B.S. on spiritualists and mediums.
The miniseries also stars Kristen Connolly from Cabin in the Woods as Houdini's assistant-turned-wife.
