If you were worried that Simon Pegg and director Edgar Wright were done working together after the The World’s End brought the Cornetto trilogy to a close last year, this will be great news.

In an interview with BBC 6 Music, Pegg confirmed that not only are Wright and he very much still collaborating, but they’ve already got a new project in the works. “It will happen. We made three films in 10 years and hopefully in the next decade we’ll make another three,” he said, adding that the newest movie already has “a title and everything.”

While Pegg declined to discuss specifics, he alluded to this new project being another trilogy. He said regarding Cornetto that the movies “are all kind of related with each other and deal with a specific idea. There’s a criteria to those films. The next thing we do won’t do that, it will just be something else.”

While Wright and Pegg are both pretty busy guys right now, it’s OK to be patient. Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, and The World’s End were all awesome, and you certainly don't want to rush a good thing. Just ask the people working on Ant-Man.
