A woman in Sweden made a horrific discovery inside of a Swedish church: 80 skeletons tucked inside of IKEA bags.

The Local reports that Kicki Karlén found the remains after looking under a tarp in a church located in Kläckeberga. She then immediately shifted from shock to fury upon learning how long the bones had been there. "I became angry, very angry about how they were just sitting there," she explained to the Local. "I spoke with some people from the parish who said the bones had been there since 2009."

Apparently, the bags had gone unnoticed for five years after being excavated during a remodeling process to add wheelchair access to the building.  Ludvig Papmehl-Dufay, who helped dig them up, denied stashing them in the church, adding that they could be "as much as 500 years old."

Their age doesn't matter, there's one place they definitely don't belong—in a church.
