Westerns seem to be making a small comeback, and it looks like Hunger Games stars Liam Hemsworth and Woody Harrelson may be getting in on the action.

The pair are reportedly close to signing a deal to star in By Way of Helena, a movie from Kieran Darcy-Smith that takes place in the 1880s American West. Hemsworth is being targeted for the role of David Kingston, the lead in the film. A Texas Ranger sent to investigate bodies washing ashore in a small frontier town, Kingston encounters Harrelson’s character Abraham Brant, a powerful preacher who holds the townspeople in the palm of his hand. It does not sound like the two will get along.

Filming is slated to begin this fall, so these guys better start getting comfortable wearing their boots and assless chaps now.
