"Fez" Dev Introduces Polytron Partners

Phil Fish may have very publicly retired from the developer space after unceremoniously cancelling Fez II last July, but Polytron evidentily isn't out of picture. This week Fish announced Polytron Partners on the company's blog, a partnership program designed to help other indie developers get their projects off the ground.

First up is Panoramical, which is described as an "anthology of interactive music landscapes" that looks like a pretty cool synesthetic trip (and one that looks to be totally up Polytron's alley). Polytron will be helping out with both production and promotion.

"We only got to make Fez in the first place because of the help and support of a LOT of cool people," Fish wrote in the blog. "Time to give back a little, you know?"

Expect to hear more about Polytron Partners in the future. It ain't Fez II, but it's still pretty cool.
