The White House may end selfies with President Obama after Samsung secretly teamed with Red Sox star David Ortiz to take one.

After the fallout from Ortiz' selfie, which he took while the the team was visiting the White House to celebrate their World Series win last year, Senior Adviser Dan Pfeiffer said “maybe this will be the end of all selfies.”

“[Obama] obviously didn’t know anything about Samsung’s connection to this," he continued. “Someone who uses the President’s likeness to promote a product… that’s a problem with the White House."

"We’ve had conversations with Samsung about this and have expressed our concerns," he said. Thanks for nothing, Big Papi. Hope that paycheck was good.
