Zenimax, the parent company of developer Bethesda, has filed a trademark for “Nuka Cola,” the drink found in the Fallout games, fueling speculation about the possible, unannounced development of Fallout 4.
This according to a keen eyed user on NeoGaf who spotted three trademarks filed for software, apparel and “entertainment services over the internet.”
"Entertainment services, namely, providing on-line interactive computer games; entertainment services, namely, providing information and entertainment relating to electronic computer games via the Internet"
"Clothing, namely, shirts, t-shirts, sweatshirts, headwear, namely hats; footwear, namely shoes and sneakers; jackets, fleece pullovers, pants, sweatpants, jeans"
"Computer game software for use with computers and video game consoles; downloadable computer game software offered via the internet and wireless devices; computer game software for use with on-line interactive games"
Documents, reported to be from Fallout 4 casting, appeared on the internet last year but Bethesda maintains that even if they are working on it, it's going to be a long time until any new projects are revealed.
