*SPOILER*

Breaking Bad came to a ceremonious, neat end in September with its protagonist, Walter White, escaping prison. The real Walter White wasn't as lucky.

*END SPOILER*

On Monday, Walter J. White of Billings, Mont. was sentenced to 12 years in federal prison for meth distribution and assorted gun charges. Judge Don Molloy also sentenced White to five years for violating his probation and demanded that he fork over $15,291 in cash and two .22-caliber guns.

The DEA found four ounces of meth at White's home during a raid earlier this year. He eventually admitted to receiving as many as two pounds of meth weekly from a supplier, as well as selling meth and fronting it to others for distribution.

Sooner or later, it all comes crashing down.
