Remember at the end of Breaking Bad, when Jesse Pinkman drove off into the night really, really fast while he screamed and cried out in elation and joy because he was tasting freedom for the first time in months? Think of Aaron Paul's new movie Need For Speed like that, only with less meth, and more speeding. Or, you know, you can just watch this new trailer for the film, which gives us all a nice little rundown of what to expect from the film when it drops next year.

That's to say: Lots of Aaron Paul gazing pensively into the distance in a fashion that would make the Driver in Drive proud, Scott Mescudi as a charming member of Paul's character's street-racing team, Imogen Poots as Paul's ladylove, and lots of really, really fast driving. Paul's character also has a conflict with a rich guy who got him thrown in prison, so there's a lot of drama there when he gets out, tries to get revenge on the rich guy, and ends up with a hit on him because that's what happens when you try to get revenge on rich guys. Poor Jesse.

Need for Speed is based on the EA video game franchise of the same name. In addition to Paul, Mescusi, and Poots, the film also features Dominic Cooper and Michael Keaton. It's set to hit theaters on March 14, 2014.
